(live-to-air radio commission for Radiophrenia, CCA Glasgow, August 2023)

A performance about a fictional monologue and the voice that delivers it. The script is recited by a single voice, meanwhile a cameo performer undertakes actions which are alluded to in the script, and deviate from it to dramatic effect. A soundtrack plays in the background which is made from found sound effects and original recordings. The monologue hopes to convince the people in the room that they are future versions of themselves, meanwhile the voice grapples with the structural politics of the performance itself. The work includes two performers, a soundtrack, HD video, water glass, table cloth, flowers, ketchup, hot dogs, buns, sauerkraut, foil, paper plates, suit.
